Chemistry Teacher – GCSE & A-Level
Job Description
Corevision Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to deliver GCSE and A-Level lessons on a part-time basis at one of our partner schools in Hanwell. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with motivated students in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Requirements:
- A degree in Chemistry or a related subject
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. QTS or PGCE)
- Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Chemistry
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
